The army is currently testing a whole shitload of new stuff from different companies, North American Rescue is one of the big ones. We've recently recieved a new backpack aswell, the NFM GOLF (which sucks btw) so they're testing different ways to pack it and what it should contain.
Anyways, the shoulderstraps, the backside and the size of the GOLF backpack is one of the worst I've seen in a long time, it does its job for mechanized units but for infantry it's the worst. It hurts like shit after a few days and there's no room for your personal gear, so what you're wearing is all you've got.
After the MOBO (CQB?) exercise we had in the Netherlands I had enough so I bougth myself a NFM Medical mod FSAN which is way better and larger, so I've got some space for some of my personal stuff.
What I've packed it with is basically the same as what the GOLF contains, just a little more since I've got that extra space

I work in a mechanized medical platoon and usually recieve my patients on my tank, however when the mechanized infantry decides to hop off their CV90's we follow as happy little medics in the back
